Terms of Use

WhatWhat · Effective July 19, 2026

These terms govern use of WhatWhat, provided by S.I.T. Technologies Co., Ltd. By using WhatWhat, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable platform terms.

The service

WhatWhat converts intentional voice recordings into text and can translate, rewrite, or read text aloud. AI output can contain mistakes. Review important messages before sending them and do not rely on WhatWhat for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or other safety-critical decisions.

Your responsibilities

  • Record only when you have the right and any consent required by local law.
  • Do not submit illegal, abusive, infringing, or security-threatening content.
  • Do not probe, overload, automate abuse of, or circumvent limits on the service.
  • Keep control of your device and review generated text before using or sending it.

Availability and changes

The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Features can depend on internet access, iOS permissions, Apple services, and third-party AI services.

Intellectual property

WhatWhat and its software, branding, and design are protected by applicable law. You retain rights you hold in content you submit and are responsible for having permission to use it.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatWhat is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
